What We Build
Where Your Project Becomes Part of the Grid
Substations
Substations are where a project connects to the grid, and we build them with the precision that responsibility demands. Our teams construct collector and interconnection substations from foundations and oil containment through structural steel, bus work, and main power transformer setting and dressing.
We install and commission high voltage breakers, switches, instrument transformers, and protection and control systems. Then we carry the project through relay testing, trip checks, and energization alongside the utility.
Technical scope
- Foundations: drilled piers, mat foundations, and transformer pads with oil containment
- Main power transformer receiving, setting, dressing, oil processing, and testing
- HV breakers (SF6 and dead-tank), disconnect switches, CTs, PTs/CCVTs, and surge arresters
- Rigid and strain bus, structural steel erection
- Control enclosures (E-houses), station batteries, and DC distribution
- Protection and control: line differential, transformer differential, distance, and bus protection schemes
- Revenue metering and utility interconnection requirements
- Commissioning: TTR, power factor, SFRA, winding resistance, breaker timing, contact resistance, relay functional testing, and point-to-point verification
Let's talk about what we can build together.
Bring us your interconnection requirements and we'll help you plan the path to energization.
